A registered Nutritionist with a degree in MSc. Public Health Nutrition and a background in Biochemistry, Pearl has inherent interests in problem-solving and entrepreneurship in the Food and Agribusiness sectors. These are mainly inspired by the era of Digital Transformation and attainment of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Pearl’s passion for entrepreneurship played a key role in her establishment of Diet Maze and ChocolArt. In addition to this, Pearl has volunteered for some philanthropic organisations such as the African Research Academies for Women (Ara-W), Soap Box Science – Accra, the Future of Ghana and Thought for Food. Through these, Pearl has impacted about forty women in the eld of STEM and approximately 30 start-ups in the food and agribusiness sectors. Pearl also aims to encourage young women to hone extra-curricular skills that will enable them to generate sustainable livelihoods and improve their employability skills. This includes digital marketing, data science and coding skills.

An entrepreneur, a business consultant, with years of mentoring experience under his belt, Stephen is an individual who has worked with some prestigious British brands such as Jaeger and Ecco. Over the course of his career, Stephen has helped some of his clients achieve a net profit of £1.2 million within 15 months and as a mentor at MentorNect, he is keen on giving back to his society and eager to impart his knowledge onto the younger generation. An avid runner, he has previously served as the Director on Norfolk Museums Service and also, at the Norwich City Football Club as Head of Retail and eCommerce.

The Director of Sales EMEA & Asia for Cunard Line, one of the oldest passenger shipping lines in the world and part of the Carnival Corporation, one of the largest leisure travel companies in the world.  Starting as a ski rep in the Austrian Alps, Bob has worked in the travel industry for nearly 30 years and throughout his career has had the opportunity to travel a lot and work abroad.  Bob’s role incorporates a variety of business disciplines, including sales, marketing, PR, guest experience, planning and strategy. Aside from working for a FTSE top 100 company, Bob is an experienced mentor with over 10 years’ experience supporting students from Solent University in Southampton.  In addition to coaching mentees to find their own answers he also delivers a series of powerful 1-2-1 tutorials designed to help young people plan and prepare for the career of their choice. He finds being a mentor extremely rewarding and is passionate about helping students build their confidence and finding fulfilment and happiness in their chosen sphere. In his free time Bob can be found behind lenses; be that as an accomplished photographer or target shooting.

As a Business Innovations Manager at Innohub, Kwame holds an MSC in Innovation and Technology Management from the University of Bath, UK. Enthralled with all things entrepreneurial, Kwame is also a co-founder of an online store SanteKay which specialises in offering its target market quality handmade slippers and sandals. This
business venture has led to Kwame to participate in an acceleration programme leading to the securement of €50,000. Kwame aims to impact his knowledge and expertise to young adults in order to help them avoid errors he has encountered. In his spare time, Kwame is a football enthusiast and you will catch him supporting his favourite football team, Manchester United.
