A business management expert, with 7 years experience working for one of the Worlds largest Cruise Companies; Carnival UK PLC (as part of Carnival Corporation) Currently working within the Public Sector as Business Manager overseeing innovative projects that support future technologies, within the Maritime Sector.

Experience has been broad across the spectrum with a full operational oversight of businesses, including; people management, sales account management, project and contract management, operational management, crisis and business recovery management, HR Consultancy and finance oversight – budget / policy.

Qualified in both APM Project Management and Six Sigma Project Management (Green Belt.) Trained in Crisis Management (operational / impact recovery) and trained in HR Consultancy work including; grievances, disciplinaries, long term sickness et al from initial – final hearing.

Biggest enjoyment is structuring, developing and strategising new ways of working – polices, procedures, structure to ensure teams and departments are agile and rhythmic within their working environments.
